I was not aware when ordering one resiia package that auto monthly recurring payments will take place , you wont know unless you regularly check your bank account, I had to contact them via email ,by phone is impossible to and send three or more messages before I received a cancellation of recurring payments confirmation from resilia.

I would like to stop my subscription for the Resilia products...I have too much inventory. Thank you

- Difficult to cancel subscription i did not realize i had signed up for when i placed my first order to try the product now i have too much and want to cancel receiving more product until all my supply has been consumed
